The Upper Primary Boys Section of the International Indian School-Dammam (IISD) recently began its new academic session with the investiture ceremony of the student cabinet.
At the colorful ceremony, the captain, vice captain, head prefect, prefects and house captains of the discipline patrol were sworn in. UPBS Headmaster Mohammed Ismail announced Mohammed Suhail as captain, Kurais Manoj as head prefect Hani Abdul Rashed and Danish Islam as and vice-captains.
“Our school is committed to actively raising the quality of life for every child,” said Ismail. “We want all children to achieve their full potential; our mission is to provide practical, step-by-step assistance to students.”
He advised the boys to maintain discipline and prepare themselves to be challenged, excited and inspired. All the selected boys were honored with badges.
IISD Principal E.K. Mohammed Shaffe addressed the gathering after administering the oath of office to the selected boys. The prefects were advised to maintain order and cleanliness through patience, compassion and disciplined behavior.
